Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on items purchased from rhodia.com.au within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned due to a change of mind must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • returned with all original packaging and labels intact

Shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns.

Items marked Final Sale may only be returned if they are faulty.

We’re unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or are otherwise not in saleable condition, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.


 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at service@rhodia.com.au before returning the item.

Please include a brief description and a photo where possible.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label where required.



Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

To ensure availability and avoid delays, we recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like. Once your new order has been dispatched, you can return the original item in accordance with the policy above.

Return shipping costs are only covered where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 


 

How to Return an Order

 

To begin a return, please contact service@rhodia.com.au.

Our team will provide return approval and instructions.

Once approved:

  • package the item securely

  • return it as directed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once your return has been received and assessed, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed as soon as possible.
